This guide will show you how to edit, delete and modify the alarm clock app using its built-in widget. You can also use the snooze function on your Galaxy S20 or Galaxy S20+ Plus.

Manage Alarms

To set up a new alarm, go to Apps > Clock > Make. You can adjust the settings below to suit your needs.

  • Time Touch the up/down arrows to adjust the alarm’s time. To toggle the day’s time, touch AM/PM.
  • Repeat the alarm: Select which days you want to repeat the alarm. To repeat the alarm every week on selected days, mark the Repeat Weekly box.
  • Alarm type – Set how the alarm sounds when it is activated (Sound or Vibration or Vibration and Sound).
  • Alarm tone – Set the sound file to be played when the alarm goes off.
  • Alarm volume – Drag the slider to adjust alarm volume.
  • Snooze – Touch the toggle to activate and deactivate the snooze function. Touch Snooze for settings and to set the INTERVAL (3-5, 10, 15, or 30-minutes) and REPEAT (1-2, 3, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 10, 15, 15 or 30 minutes).
  • Name – Enter a name for your alarm. When the alarm sounds, the name will be displayed on the screen.
